1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp. dry mustard
2-1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1-1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/3 cup lemon juice (preferably fresh)

Directions:

Mix together and marinate chicken several hours (or overnite, if needed). Barbecue 45 minutes, turning and basting occasionally.

I haven't found a better poultry marinade. It's from my Scenes & Cuisines cookbook from American Martyrs elementary school.
