Ingredients:  
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 cup bulbar wheat. (Soak 15 min. in boiled (hot) water, press out excess liquid.)
1-1/2 cups chopped parsley
1/2 - 1 cup chopped mint
4 chopped tomatoes
6 Tbsp. olive oil (use the best you have)
4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt & "some" pepper
Romaine lettuce leaves ("nice" leaves)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, and chill 2 hours. Serve on nice chilled lettuce leaves.
