1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce, reserve 1/2 can for topping

Sauce

1/2 can tomato sauce
2 T wine vinegar
1 c. water
2 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly mix ingredients and form in a loaf. Place in shallow pan
350º oven. While it is beginning to bake combine the following
to make a sweet tart sauce that is out of this world for flavor.

Sauce

Mix together and pour over meat loaf. Continue baking 1 1/2
hours, basting occasionally.
