3 c. water
1 pound medium fresh shrimp
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 T prepared horseradish
1 t lemon juice
2 t grated onion
1 t liquid smoke flavoring
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 T chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a medium pan. Add shrimp an cook 3
to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Chill.
Peel shrimp and chop. Combine shrimp, cream cheese,
horseradish, lemon juice, onion and liquid smoke. Shape into
a ball and chill. Combine pecans and parsley. Roll cheese
ball in pecan mixture, coating evenly.
Chill several hours or overnight. Serve with an assortment of
crackers.
