1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup milk
1 cup sifted flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar

Combine egg, milk & oil. Add dry ingredients, beat until smooth. Bake on hot greased griddle. Makes about eight 5 inch pancakes.
