3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin (canned solid pack)
2/3 c. water

2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together 1st five ingredients
Sift dry ingredients, then add to pumpkin mixture
Pour into greased loaf pans (2 lg. or 3 sm.)
Bake 350 for 1 hour
