1/ lb. Chicken Breast Fillets
1/2 lb. Honey Bean
1 small bundled Golden Mushrooms
6 Carrot slices
6 Ginger slices
2tsp. chopped Garlic

Marinade
1 tbsp. light Soy sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Cornflower


Sauce
3 tbsp. stock
1/2 tsp. oyster sauce
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Cornflower
little sesame oil and Pepper

Directions:
Rinse chicken breast, cut into strips, Marinade for 30 minutes. Trim honey beans, remove roots from mushrooms, rinse and drain. Saute honey bean in a little stock until bare bone, drain. Deep fry chicken strips set a side. Saute carrots and ginger slices, add in honey beans mushrooms, chopped garlic add a splash wine for stir frying. Add chicken strips, pour sauce over and saute well.
