1 1/2 tblsp butter
1 cup chopped green onion
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled
1 lb sea scallops (halved or quartered)
2 cups half & half
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 lb lump crabmeat (or 2 cans canned)
3/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
8 cups cooked fettuccine (16 oz pkg)
1/4 cup fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in nonstick skillet over med-high heat; add onion and garlic, saute 1 min or until tender; add shrimp and scallops, saute 3 min or until done. Reduce heat to med-low. Add half & half, s&p and crabmeat, and parsley , cook 3 min or until thoroughly heated, stirring constantly (do not boil). Gradually sprinke parm cheese, stirring constantly, cook 1 minute. Combine cooked pasta and seafood mixture. Toss well. Let sit for a few minutes and toss again; repeat if necessary. Will thicken upon standing.

Serve and top with additional parm cheese (optional).
