2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts – boil until cooked and chop in to bite size pieces
1-8oz package of Cream Cheese – softened to room temperature
One small Onion – chopped
1 package of unbaked Crescent Rolls
½ cup Italian Bread Crumbs
Softened butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix chicken, cream cheese and onion in a bowl.
Open can of crescent rolls, unroll but keep the dough together. Use two “triangles” together to make one “square”, closing perforation line and spreading out to make a bit larger.
Place spoonful of chicken mixture into middle of “square”.
Fold sides and top together to form a pocket, inclosing chicken mixture completely.
Brush dough completely around with the melted butter or margarine.
Coat with bread crumbs and place on baking sheet
Bake to directions of crescent roll package.
