olive oil
3 jumbo kernels of garlic
1 sm. onion
oregano
1 t. sugar
1 can Progresso peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 can Great Northern beans
Parmesan cheese
ditali or cut up ziti

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of large pot with olive oil. Saute whole kernels of garlic. Chip onion and add to garlic and oil. Saute until lightly brown. Add tomatoes and beans. Add salt, pepper, sugar and cover top with oregano. Cover top with Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat, covered, for 45 minutes, stirring often. Cook ditali or ziti separately. Remove garlic kernels and serve over dietali or ziti.
