2 large onions, chopped
2 green peppers, cut fine
3 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 pound hamburger
2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1- Saute the onions and green peppers in the oil until brown. Add pepper. Cook until tender.
2- Add hamburger and cook until it crumbles.
3- Add tomatoes, rice and seasonings.
4- Transfer mixture to a casserole, cover and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven, 375º F.
