CRUST:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

FILLING:
2 8-oz cream cheese
1 pound creamed cottage cheese
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1-1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter
1 pint sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and pat into spring foam pan.

Beat cheeses together at high speed until well blended; gradually add sugar. Add eggs one at a time. To this mixture, add flour, cornstarch, lemon juice and rind and vanilla. Beat at a low speed. Add butter and sour cream. Beat mixture until smooth. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake at 325 about 70 minutes. Turn oven off; but keep pie in the warm oven for two hours. Let stand at room temperature for five hours. Chill.
