5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 lemon, zested
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. cold milk
3 c. flour
5 T. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat together eggs, sugar and lemon zest. Add oil, milk, flour and baking powder. Grease and flour bundt or tube pan. Pour batter into pan and bake 40-45 minutes. Remove from pan; cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
