6 slices white bread – cut in cubes (I use wheat)
1 lb. cooked sausage, cooked, cut up (I use Zesty Bob Evans)
2 C grated Cheddar Cheese (or a mix of swiss / sharp/ whatever you like)
¼ C butter, melted
½ t. dry mustard
3 eggs
2C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer cooked and drained sausage, bread, cheese twice. Put melted butter over this.
Beat the eggs and add the mustard, milk, salt and pepper if desired. Pour
this mixture over the casserole. Cover, refrigerate overnight (not necessary).
Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
