3 1/2 c. self rising flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
6 egg yolks (save whites)
10 T. melted butter
3 c. milk
splash of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the dry ingredients into bowl stirring evenly,
in separate small bowl add egg yolks, butter and milk stir completely add to dry mix in larger bowl.In another small bowl take the 6 egg whites and beat until fluffy(almost like Meringue but not quite) then fold this mixture to the main recipe bowl, let mixture sit for one hour on counter (can sit overnight in refrigerator) heat Belgian waffle maker and make.
