2 pints sour cream
2 cups mayo
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
2 packages frozen chopped spinach
garlic and onion powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and squeeze all liquid from the spinach. Any moisture will make the dip runny. Put spinach in a mixing bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together. Chill for at least 2 hours. Serve in a bread bowl with bread pieces to dip.
