4 slices of bacon, cooked
4 slices of sharp white cheddar cheese
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced thin
Dijon mustard
4 slices good bread
Directions:
Directions:
Spread one side of bread with butter. Layer bacon, white cheddar and apple slices. Spread dijon mustard on bread and top. Butter outside of bread and grill on low until golden on both sides and cheese is melted.
