1 lb. breakfast sausage
12 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 t. dry mustard
dash salt, pepper
9 slices cubed white bread (I just tear it up, crusts & all)
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown/drain sausage, cool. Beat eggs & milk, add seasonings, then bread cubes. Stir in sausage & cheese. Pour casserole into greased 9x13 dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

This is really easy to modify. Instead of using sausage, for example, add ham. Or bacon. Or throw in tons of vegetables. Yesterday I made it using smoked sausage, tomatoes, onions & mushrooms. It was yummy!
