6 Tbsp mayonnaise 2 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 3 Tbsp lemon juice 3 Tbsp vinegar
In small bowl, mix the first four ingredients well. In another small bowl combine the lemon juice and vinegar and add this to the mayonnaise mixture and beat with a whisk until smooth. Brush on chicken as you bake it or use as a dipping sauce when you eat.
