Crab Crostini Recipe

1 lb lump crab meat
1/4 c. celery heart
2 green onions, minced
2 T.fresh chives
11/2 tsp lemon peel
3 T. mayo
2 T. sour cream
2 T. fresh lemon juice
1 T. lime juice
8 drops hot pepper sauce

Monterey Jack Cheese
Baguette, cut into 1/2" slices

Shred crab meat. Add celery, chives, green onion and lemon
peel. Toss. Add next 5 ingredients and season with salt.
Cover and chill for two hours. Preheat oven to 350. Brush
both sides of each slice of bread with olive oil. Put in oven on
cookie sheet and bake 7 minutes, turning once half way
through. Let cool. Preheat broiler. Add 1 T crab mixture to
baked bread. Top with Monterey Jack cheese and broil until
melted. Serve immediately.
