2 cups scalded milk
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/2 cup dark molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons soft butter
3 cups white flour
3 cups rye flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine hot milk, caraway, molasses, brown sugar and salt. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool to lukewarm. Soften yeast in water; add to milk. Add butter, flour and rye flour last. Let rise to double in size. Bake for about 1 hour in 350º oven.
