10-12 large potatoes, peeled and diced
2 cups shredded cheese
1 large onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can whole milk
1 carton sour cream
Leftover ham, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Put diced potatoes, ham, onions and garlic in a large baking pan or casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and whisk to combine. Pour over potatoes and stir. Bake covered at 375º for 45 minutes, stirring once or twice. Remove cover and return to oven for 15 - 25 more minutes until golden brown, and potatoes are soft.

Let these sit and cool for at least five minutes before serving.
