1 ripe avocado, cut into cubes
3 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 green onions, diced, including greens
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)
Juice of one lime
Kosher salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and combine all the veggies except the avocado in a medium mixing bowl. Salt and add lime juice. Stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss in the diced avocado and stir right before serving with tortilla chips.
