1-1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
1 egg
1 cup crushed bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Stir with metal mixing spoon. Do not use hands or it will be tough. Put in loaf pan or 1 quart casserole and cover with foil. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350º, and bake uncovered for about 25 minutes or until brown and completely cooked through.
