1 medium head cabbage, chopped
1 t. salt
1/2 green pepper
1 small onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 c. water
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 t. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
After chopping cabbage, sprinkle with the salt. Let stand 1 hour. Drain and discard juice. Combine with other chopped vegetables. In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil; let boil 1 minute. Cool and mix with vegetables. Put in freezer containers and freeze. Remove several hours before serving (drain before serving).
