Unbaked pastry for 9 inch crust
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup strained honey
1-1/3 cup canned pumpkin
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1-2/3 cups (14-1/2 oz) evaporated milk; scalded

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together spices, salt and sugar. Combine honey and pumpkin. Blend thoroughly. Add honey mixture to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Add milk. Blend thoroughly. Pour into pastry line piepan. Bake in 450 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake 30 minutes.
