1 chicken bouillon cube
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Sauce:
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
4 oz. cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped ham, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. Add vegetables and cook until tender, do not drain. Make white sauce, stir in cheese until melted. Add to vegetable mixture. Add chopped ham, if desired.
