6 pork chops
salt and pepper
2 cups stale bread
1/4 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
1/8 teaspoon sage
1 tablespoon onion
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wipe pork chops dry; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix bread, salt, pepper, sage, onion and melted butter lightly together. Place spoons of dressing over chops and spread over the entire surface. Pour milk over top. Bake 1-1/2 hours uncovered in a 350º oven.
