4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup butter, with drizzle of olive oil to prevent burning
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp ginger
1 1/2 cups orange juice
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in skillet with butter and olive oil. Remove chicken and hold aside while adding to skillet the flour, sugar, and spices. Stir until smooth, then add orange juice. Add chicken back into sauce; cover and simmer for 35 minutes. Serve over rice with sauce.

Mama always made rice; but you could serve it over noodles too!! Tasty!!!
