28 oz. can whole tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
1 heaping tsp. garlic, chopped
2 Jalepenos, diced (or to taste)
Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients in microproof casserole:
Entire can of tomatoes including juice chopped in large pieces, chopped onion, jalepeno and garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 cup of ketchup. Microwave for 3 minutes. Add fresh chopped cilantro. Serve with tortillas chips.
