5 or 6 slices bacon, partially cooked
1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground round
lemon pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 (2 oz) can sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp olives, chopped
2 Tbsp onions, chopped
2 Tbsp green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Pat meat on wax paper into a 12" x 8" x 1/4" rectangle. Season to taste. Top with cheese, mushrooms and other chopped veggies. Roll up in jellyroll fashion. Gently slice into 1-1 1/2" slices; wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Grill approximately 8 minutes on each side over medium coals.
