1 lb fettuccine noodles
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
1 Tbls chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and cream until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheeses, salt and pepper. Stir until blended and smooth. Can serve over or stir into noodles. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley.

OR - if you don't have time, buy Ragu's Alfredo and still top with Parmesan and parsley. Still tastes good!

It's also nice to add cooked chicken, shrimp and little sautéed vegetables over the noodles.
