Whole Quail (number optional)
White Wine
Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 t Italian dry salad dressing (Good Seasonings)
butter
Chicken Broth
1 T cornstarch
Soy Sauce
1 t (or more) Greylore Farm Pot Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, sprinkle Quail liberally with White Wine and Worchestershire Sauce. Allow to marinate 10 minutes. Add dry Italian dressing and allow to marinate another 15 minutes. Remove from marinade and saute' in butter to brown. Add chicken broth, cover and cook until done. Remove Quail. Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir in to broth. Add some soy sauce and 1 t of mustard. Allow to thicken to desired consistensy. Pour sauce over Quail and serve.
