4 eggs
2 c milk
1/2 - 1 lb bacon
2 T sugar
3/4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Mix flour and sugar, Add eggs and milk, gradually stirring until
well blended. (You can leave it like this up to two hours.)
Cube bacon and place in 9 x 13 pan. Broil or bake until crisp.
Drain most of the grease off the pan, then add the egg, flour
and milk mixture into the same pan, covering the bacon
pieces.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes until brown and fuffed. Serve with fresh
fruit or syrup.
