4 large tomatoes-diced 1 c. fresh basil-torn in pieces 2-3 garlic clokves- crushed 1/2-1c. olive oil 1 lb. Brie cheese 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 lb pasta fresh parmesean cheese
mix tomatoes, Brie, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil in large bowl, let marinate for 2 hours. Boil pasta, drain, and pour marinate over hot pasta, sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Serve with crusty bread, and a nice bottle of wine.
