2 T. butter
4 T. water
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. snipped parsley
4 c. carrots sliced cross-wise 1/4 -1/2 in, thick.
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine butter, water and sugar. Add carrots. Cover tightly and cook over med-low heat 15-20 minutes, until tender. If it starts to boil, turn to low. Sprinkle with parsley. Do not drain to serve.
