Ingredients:  
1 fryer, cooked and deboned
Nearly 1 loaf of white bread
Equal amount of corn bread, as white bread
Dash of black pepper
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
Morton's Sausage or Poultry Seasoning to taste
1 pound sausage
1/2 pound melted butter
8 eggs
Milk - as needed to make very soft and wet

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together, including meat and broth from chicken, and finish with milk. Mixture should be very soft and wet. Mix by hand to distribute sausage evenly. Bake at 400º, uncovered, for one hour. This makes a huge pan. (can be frozen and cooked later). Can add more milk when ready to cook.
