Blend:
1 qt canned tomatoes
2 tbs oil
3/4 C flour
1 1/2 tbs red pepper chili
1 1/2 tbs jalapenos
1 1/2 tbs onion salt
1 1/2 tbs vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour mixture into 1 1/2 qts boiling water stirring until thickened. Serve over softened tortilla and cheese. Layer as many tortillas as you like.

A simplified version is to blend a can of Mexican style stewed tomatoes with 1/4 C flour and pour into 1 can of boiling water stirring until thickened and serve the same as above.
Really good topped off with a fried egg.
