1 cup - grated swiss cheese,
1 -10 oz. package of spinach, cooked and drained,
1 partially baked 9 inch pie shell,
1 1/4 cups of Half and Half,
3 eggs,
1 teaspoon of salt,
2 tablespoons of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Spread 3/4 of the cheese and all of the spinach on the bottom of the pie shell.

Beat eggs, cream, and salt together until frothy. Pour over cheese.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and dot with the butter

Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the pie is set
