Salad:
1 med. bunch Romaine Lettuce, broken
1 C. Cashews
4 oz. Provolone Cheese cut julian style
Shredded cooked chicken may be added (optional)

Dressing:
1/3 C. White Vinegar
3/4 C. Sugar
2 tsp. prepared Mustard
1 tsp. grated Onion
1 dash of Salt
1 C. Vegetable Oil
1 tsp. Poppy Seed

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, onion & salt. Cover and process until well blended. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Stir in poppy seed
