1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & sqeezed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 stick unsalted butter
2/3 cup Half & Half
4 oz Feta cheese crunbles
Directions:
Directions:
Saute spinach in garlic and olive oil. Set aside. In a sauce pan, melt stick of butter. Add the half & half and the Feta cheese. Stir and heat until the cheese melts. Add the sauteed spinach. Serve over your favorite pasta.
