7 T. Soy Sauce
4 T. Balsamic Vinegar
4 T. Brown Sugar
1 T. Chile Oil or Tabasco (to taste)
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1 tsp. fresh Ginger Root (minced)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and marinade salmon for up to 2 hours. This is also good on chicken.
