Fresh Spinach
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 can bean sprouts, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Crumbled bacon bits
Dressing:
½ C. sugar
1/3 C. catsup
1 C. oil
½ onion, chopped
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
¼ C. wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put all dressing ingredients in a blender until thoroughly mixed. Mix the fresh spinach ingredients together in a bowl and pour some of the dressing over. Toss until spinach is coated.
