2-14 oz. cans chicken broth
1-16 oz. package frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
1-9 oz. package tortellini
¼ C. flour
1 T. fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil
1 C. smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
2 C. milk

Directions:
Directions:

In a large pan combine broth and vegetables. Bring to boiling and stir in tortellini. Return to boiling, then reduce heat and simmer for about 4 minutes uncovered, or until vegetables are tender. Combine 1 C. milk with flour. Add to broth mixture. Add remaining milk and basil. Add cheese and serve when it’s melted.
