1 pkg. colored red Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. whipped cream
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon Jello with hot water and let cool. When cool, beat in cream cheese and whipped cream. Put in mold and let set until hard.

Mix red Jello, hot water, and pineapple and let cool. When the first is set, pour the red Jello mixture on top. Set in refrigerator and serve with whipped cream or salad dressing.

This is a recipe that Grandma submitted in the cookbook of First Lutheran Church of Crystal. It looks like it may have been their first cookbook from, I think, 1958. The picture of the church in the book was just the little Chapel, the beginning of the church where many of us were baptized, married, and some still are members at.
