1 lb. Bulk sausage
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Bell Pepper (chopped)
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. uncooked Rice
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream Mushroom Soup
1 can Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, onions and peppers in a sauce pan until tender. drain. put in casserole dish with last 5 ingredients. Bake @350 for 1 hour, stirring often.
