1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
2 (8oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. Dijon mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C. water, to thin sauce if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion. Mix together the hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. Form mixture into a loaf and place in a shallow pan. Stir together the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire and the water (if too thick). Pour sauce over the meatloaf. Bake 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with pan juices.
