5 golden delicious Apples
2 9" frozen Pie Crust
1/3 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. Tapioca Flour

Topping
1 c. Bread Flour
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tapioca flour,sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Peel, core and slice apples. Put sliced apples into large bowl with dry ingredients and mix to coat fruit. Divide fruit between the 2 pie shells. Use Pastry knife or food processor to combine topping ingredients until coarse crumbs. Spread half the crumbs over each pie. Bake in pre-heated oven @ 400º for 1 hour or until juices are bubbling and clear. May need to cover pies with tin foil tent for part of bake time to prevent topping from burning.
