1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
3 c. oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, mix well. Stir in oats and raisins. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
