1 cup sugar
2 1/4 cups water
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 can pie filling ( blueberry)
A few grapes, strawberries or raspberries

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, gelatin and water over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and sour cream. Chill approximately 1 1/2 hours, until slightly thickened. Then beat whipping cream and add to mixture. Pour into mold. After unmolding, garnish with blueberry pie filling and grapes, strawberries or raspberries.
